Who is the responsible for the processing of your personal data?

CORVUS BELLI, S.L. is the RESPONSIBLE for processing the USER's personal data and informs you that said data will be treated in conformity with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of 27 April, 2016 (GDPR) and the Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5 (LOPDGDD).

Why do we process your personal data?

To keep a relationship with the users of the websites that are responsibility of CORVUS BELLI, S.L.

The expected operations to perform this personal data processing are:

  • To process the requests, provide answers to the queries or any other petition made by the USER through any form of contact made available to them in the RESPONSIBLE's webpages, including the reception of resumes.
  • To manage the registration of users, and therefore the access to the different sections and services provided through the web (forum, online store, Warcor program, and so on), as well as the management and control of such accesses and services, including the USER's evaluation regarding customer satisfaction, either in direct way or through our partners.
  • To send information on news, events, special offers and promotions related to our activity to which the user has subscribed by signing up to our newsletter.
  • To conduct surveys, market research, statistical analysis, and to measure performance following the implementation of advertising campaigns.

These communications will be made by the RESPONSIBLE and will be related to their activity or the one of their collaborators as long as some promotion agreement has been reached, but in that case your data will not be provided to third parties.
  • To manage the orders placed through the online store by the users, either guests or with Corvus ID profile, as well as their delivery and invoicing, in addition to returns, claims and/or disputes arising from them, and the customer satisfaction evaluation.

Why can we process your personal data?

Because the processing is legitimized by Article 6 of the GDPR based on the legitimate interest of the RESPONSIBLE to process the requests, queries, and petitions presented by the users, based on the agreement with the user to process their registration and access to the web's private areas and the consent provided to perform market and behavior research, and statistical analyses.

Regarding the sending of information and commercial, advertising, and marketing communications, the user's consent constitutes the legal basis for the processing of the data.

If you have made an online purchase, we process the data to manage your order and the contractual relationship based on the contract subscribed through the acceptance of the general contracting conditions.

In case you visit us on social networks and/or through web domains, we process the data obtained based on the express consent provided when accepting or configuring cookies.

If you contact us because you wish to become part of our team, we process the data provided in order to manage the receipt of the curriculum and to internally promote your participation in the selection processes to be carried out once we have a job opening that fits your profile.

For how long will we keep your personal data?

The data will be preserved for no longer than the time required to maintain the purpose of the data processing, provided that the contractual relationship has not ended, the concerned party has not revoked consent and as long as there are no legal requirements that dictate their custody. Once the data is no longer necessary, it will be erased following appropriate security measures to ensure the anonymization of the data or its total destruction.

To whom do we provide your personal data?

No disclosure of personal data to third parties is foreseen unless such action is required for the development and execution of the purposes of the treatment such as, for example, our service providers, and it is done so under the conditions established by existing regulations.

What are your rights?

The rights given to the USER are the right to withdraw consent at any moment, as well as to exercise the rights of access, rectification, portability, and erasure of your data and to oppose or limit their processing, in addition to the right to withdraw the consent given to the other Party and to file a claim to the Supervisory Authority (aepd.es) should you consider that the processing does not comply with current regulations.

  1. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL CHARACTER OF THE DATA PROVIDED BY THE USER

Occasionally there may be forms with voluntary data entry fields, while the ones marked with an asterisk (*) or specified as such are of mandatory completion, since they are considered necessary to meet your request or provide the service. In any case, the USER that provides the data, in their own name or in behalf of a third party that they represent, recognizes that they are providing them in a free and unequivocal way and considers such data adequate and relevant to attend their petition. The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the RESPONSIBLE are truthful and is responsible for communicating any changes to them.

  1. SECURITY MEASURES

We inform you that, in accordance with the provisions of existing regulations on personal data protection, the RESPONSIBLE is complying with the provisions of the GDPR and LOPDGDD for the processing of personal data that are processed under its responsibility, and states that they apply the principles described in Article 5 of the RGPD in their processing, by which they are processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently in relation to the interested party and adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are collected.

The RESPONSIBLE guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organizational policies to apply the security measures established by the GDPR and the LOPDGDD in order to protect the rights and freedoms of the USERS and has communicated the appropriate information to them so that they may exercise them.
