Discovering the secrets of Hawthorn Point

Hawthorn Point

Hawthorn Point is surrounded a few kilometers by the strange Fog that covers half the island of Assail. This fact does not prevent the area has become a city where legionaries, mercenaries, merchants, settlers, outlaws, and thieves have a place. Some live here, and others only come here attracted by trade and business.

This free port is where the intermediate phase between scenarios of the campaign takes place. It can be managed directly in the application. During this phase, you have time to heal, buy items or upgrades and engage in conversations with the locals before jumping into a new scenario.

Hawthorn Point is divided into 3 neighborhoods with 3 locations each. All Characters will visit one of the available locations, which offer different possibilities. Each place has a number of spaces, representing how many spots for Characters there are available. Then, just drag your Character to the selected location.

The Brave Parsley

This is a meeting and gathering place. The perfect place to rest after a long day.

Many different people come in and out of The Brave Parsley, and it's always interesting to chat with them! Here you will be served by the tavern keeper Bran, who can also bring you up to date with the latest gossip around town.Hawthorn Point - The Brave Parsley

Lindwurm's most popular inn is built on a structure that, from the right perspective, looks like a giant statue with its arm outstretched.

This is the only location that can hold all 4 Characters at the same time, so agree with the other players on which locations you are going to visit and then drag the Characters to the selected boxes.

The Barracks

This is the headquarters of the Hawthorn Point garrison, although anyone can use the space to train and hone their skills. It is a good place to prepare for future forays into the forest.

Hawthorn Point - The Barracks

Of course, in the barracks, you will find people from all nations, and it is common to find yourself in the middle of fights between Feudom and Hegemony soldiers. Fortunately, the Hawthorn Point guard is there to separate them.

Mounthaven Embassy

Thurgild Thursmund is the ambassador representing Mounthaven in Hawthorn Point. If you are a dwarf, you are always welcome here, though Mounthaven rarely closes its doors to anyone.

Thursmund is a woman who cares about her own, and though she rarely raises her voice, she is known for her temper.

This character will be the first contact with whom the characters will talk, and who will propose a mission that will start the group's adventure.

The Physician

Osmar Griselrich, from Mounthaven, is the physician of Hawthorn Point. He moved here a few years ago, accompanying the Expeditionaries, and has settled in the city.

Now he wouldn't want to be anywhere else, his patients are the most important thing to him. He can help you heal your wounds, even the most serious ones - you're in the best hands!

The Temple of Losna

The temple acts as a place of worship for the followers of the Two Moons, but also as an embassy for the people of Feudom.

They say that under this place, there is a hidden dungeon, but to this day no one has been able to confirm it.

From here, Thibault Archembaut, the territorial commander knight, can aid you with spiritual support and cleansing. Archembaut is patient, but not overly so.

Embassy of the Hegemony of Embersig

The Hegemony of Embersig represents one of the great powers here at Hawthorn Point.

The most important member of the staff is Albwin Radavaris, sometimes even more influential than the ambassador. As an Aestari elf, Radavaris is the epitome of elegance and class, and rumor has it that he doesn't like his job as much as he pretends to.

The Blacksmith

This is the best place to get your equipment tuned up. The master of the place is Anja Meyer of the Hegemony of Embersig, the person to ask about weapons and armor. If you need gear to help you in your confrontations, this is the place for you. Hawthorn Point - The BlacksmithLately, they've been busy making some chains for Feudom's coffins, and this woman values her time very much, so we recommend you choose your words wisely.

The Port Storehouses

The port warehouses are a place of exchange where you can meet many people from different backgrounds and get goods that would otherwise be difficult to obtain.

This is where the "stiffloaders" ply their trade, carrying Feudom's coffins to their corresponding ships. Among them, you will meet Idril, a kinetic elf in somewhat delicate health.

The Council

This is the main hall where the councilmen and councilwomen of Hawthorn Point gather and meet with the ambassadors.

Currently, the head of the Council is Giorgina Brambilla, a representative of the Merchant Alliance.

The Tattoo Artist

Hawthorn Point - The Tattoo Artist

The Tattoo Artist, Angsar, also known as the Sleeping Hare, is someone to turn to in case of trouble. He is one of the few varank in Hawthorn Point and is someone highly respected in the suburbs.

A quiet, calm guy, and always with good advice to give you. If you dare, you might also want to get a tattoo.

The Alchemist

The alchemist, Layla Ganjavi, is an expert in the occult and the magical wiles of Hawthorn Point. She can help you deal with the Stain and provide consumables that can be useful when faced with magical effects.

Extroverted and talkative, rumor has it that she is a bit crazy and converses with voices that, according to her, she hears with total clarity.

The Ruins

In Hawthorn Point, no one knows what the Ruins were at some other time. They have always been there, standing tall and unperturbed by the passage of time.

It is said that you can hear voices if you spend too much time there.

From time to time, you can see flashes of blue flames run across its stone, and there are always blue and white butterflies fluttering around it.
